The Audi Q3 design language is derived from the elder siblings Q7 and Q5.


The Audi Q3 is offered in two trims- Premium Plus and Technology.
Finally, the Audi Q3 has come back in a new upgraded avatar with more technology, more features, and more dimensions. The earlier Q3 was discontinued in India during the BS6 emission norms kick-in, resulting in the end of Q3 in India.
The new Audi Q3 is the third generation and was launched in 2018 globally. It’s based on the Volkswagen MQB platform, on which multiple cars such as VW Tiguan, and Skoda Kodiaq are built.
It is offered in two trims- Premium Plus and Technology, while the new Audi Q3 price is set up at Rs 44.89-50.39 lakh, ex-showroom for the base and top trim respectively. Deliveries will begin at the end of this year.
Now in India it’ll be placed above the Audi Q2 and will compete with BMW X1, Volvo XC 40, and Mercedes-Benz GLA.
Using this platform, made the Q3 more in length, more in width, and more in height. Whereas the design language is derived from the Q7 and Q5, the overall body of the SUV has sharp edges and cuts, bigger alloy wheels with a new design, and sleek and powerful LED headlights and tail lights.


The front and rear bumper have grooved lines with black inserts and the front has an octagonal Audi’s signature grille with the Audi logo embedded at the center.
In terms of paint schemes, the new Audi Q3 is offered in five exterior colour shades- Glacier Whtie, Pulse Orange, Chronos Grey, Navarra Blue, and Mythos Black. In the foreign, there are four options in alloy wheels size and design starting from 18-inch to 20-inch. Perhaps in India, only a single 18-inches diamond cut five-spoke would be offered.


The interior of the new Audi Q3 features more premiumness and features rich, the dashboard is beautifully designed and the center 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment display with android auto, apple car play, and navigation. The overall interior theme is a combination of black and grey colour with some brushed silver accents, the seats are black leather perforated and the capacity is five people.
There will be a single 2.0L, turbocharged petrol engine offered mated to a 7-Speed DCT (Dual-Clutch Transmission). While the maximum power and torque figures are 190 bhp and 320 nm. Audi claims its top speed to be around 230 kmph and the 0-100 sprint time is 7.3 seconds, which is fast indeed.


The safety features include- ABS, EDB, Traction Control, Electronic Brake Distribution, Hill Hold, 6-Airbags, Seat Belt Pretensionrs, Speed Sensing Door Locks, Isofix Seat Mounts, Seat Belt Height Adjustable, Rear Parking Sensors, Top View Camera System, Adaptive Cruise Control System, Side Assist with Rear Cross Traffic and Lane Departure Warning.
