The MT 125 is the baby machine in the series and comes with an immense power output of 14.7 bhp @ 10,000 RPM impaired with a 6-Speed gearbox. Design

Yamaha MT 125 Black

The naked designed MT125 is a neatly designed bike. The front of the bike is a catchy point, where the alien prototype headlight section is placed. The illumination duty has been taken care of with a single projector setup with low and high beams inbuilt into it. The handlebars are upraised a bit to fit the big sculpted fuel tank and body decals. Just behind the telescopic suspension forks, a liquid-cooled radiator is placed to cool the engine during the high revs. It has a big exhaust tip pipe and is covered with a plastic cover near the engine area that looks neat and makes the bike bulky. The rear end is quite subtle and a long plastic tail is there jointing with the LED tail light.

The dimension of this small baby is 1,960mm in length, 800mm in width, 1,065mm in height, 1,325mm in wheelbase, 810mm Seat height and 160mm in ground clearance, While the overall weight is 142 kgs.

Where the braking depends on the dual-channel ABS system with a 292mm Hydraulic Single Disc and a 220mm Hydraulic Disc at the front and the back respectively.

Conclusion

The MT-125 is really a good motorcycle under the 125cc segment. The power is good, looks are good, riding quality is also good. The futuristic headlight is a talking point into the bike and it does stand out. The build quality and the fit and finish are really commendable and the use of aluminum in the footpegs makes the bike lighter which makes the bike faster in 0-100 km/h run. However, the bike weighs 142kgs but it won’t feel like it while riding. The maneuvrability of the MT 125 is one point that can’t be neglected because of the great suspension setup and ABS braking.
