Mahindra Launched its facelifted Bolero in Indian Market.
Mahindra India launched the Bolero in the Indian market. The Starting Mahindra Bolero price is 7.98 lakh (Ex-showroom) in Indian Market and this new facelift comes with some cosmetic changes on the outside. Mahindra offers some features in the new facelift to make it more future proof and advance.
Some Mighty information about Bolero
The new Bolero comes with only one engine option mated with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Only three variants are going to offer in the new Bolero and the only 2WD option is available. Mahindra India supposed to offer a 4WH drive option in upcoming months or years.
The facelifted Bolero comes with a new front X shaped bumper along with a new headlamps design fitted with Halogen bulbs. Which improves the overall front design of the vehicle. The fog lamps also come with a new design and placed below the headlamp assembly. The bumper comes with a new criss-cross design grille with bumper cladding, which gives it an appealing look.
On the side profile, you got the same boxy style with big chunky wheel arches. Which offers a good offroading performance, when you need it. This comes with a tyre size of 215/75 R 15 fitted with a steel wheel. The wheel cap design remains unchanged. Mahindra is not offering any alloy wheel option for Bolero.
You can easily see the hinges on the door panels, As they are fitted on outside of the doors. It also comes with the side footsteps to ensure the easy enter and exit on the vehicle as its a high ground clearance vehicle. On the back profile, You notice the new taillamps design along with the new bumper, As the front one fitted with reflectors on it. The spare wheel is mounted on the back to give it more ground clearance and more practicality to use.

Bolero is meant to be rugged MPV form it looks and from its build quality also. So, As considering this, you can’t expect to get premium features on it, But you’ll get all the basic features. Some of the basic features like Keyless entry, Power window switches, Digital Instrument Cluster, Double din infotainment system with features like AUX, Bluetooth, and USB. You’ll also get AC on this vehicle to give you a cooling feel during the hot summers.
The beige color interior gives you a welcoming feeling. Also, you will get some wooden inserts in the dashboard which gives an appealing look to the interior. In terms of comfort, you don’t get a comfortable ride, Because of its stiff suspension and rugged ride quality. The seats and the cushioning could have been better. As it is just offering minimal thigh support and back support. Which is not enough. Considering some hatchbacks (Elite I20 2020, Baleno) in this line up with Mahindra Bolero Price offer excellent comfort.
Engine Specifications and performance
Bolero comes with only one engine option, which is 1.5 ltr (1493cc) BS6 compliant mHAWK diesel engine. Which produces around 75bhp @ 3600 RPM and 220Nm of torque. It comes paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The 1.5 ltr diesel motor performs well with a very little turbo-lag. The vibrations and refinement are now improved in comparison to its predecessor. The bolero easily touches the three-digit speed with ease and ride comfortably. The hydraulic steering makes it easier to drive and manage during traffic jams and in tight road situations.
