Honda WRV 2020 expected to available in only two variants.
The new updated Honda WRV 2020 will go on sale soon. As the dealers are already got the stock and some spied pictures are also out now. This new upgraded WRV will come in only two variants for each fuel trim, not like its predecessor. The predecessor was offered in three variants for each fuel trim like – S, V, and VX but this model only comes in SV and VX for both fuel options.
According to the sources, The launch will places soon and bookings also start after the launch. The expected booking token would be something around 15,000-20,000 INR.
Honda WRV 2020 is a compact crossover design vehicle. Which competes with Maruti Breeza, Hyundai Venue, and Ford Freestyle. This was the first launch in India in 2017 and became the only crossover that offers a sunroof. After that, some other brands launch their products which cut the sales no of WRV. Now, In 2020 Honda gives it a refreshing facelift with some cool elements and two BS6 compliant engines.
What we get in Exterior?
The changes are not drastic but are noticeable. The front bumper is now colored in Dual-tone and the headlight design is also changed. The headlights are now equipped with a projector set up along with a DRLs strip. Same on the rear end, The taillamps are sleek and bumper colored in Dual done. It comes with 16 inches machine-cut alloy wheels and the design is different in both the fuel trains.
What we get in Interior?
Despite being an entry-level car from Honda. It is equipped with all the safety features like- Front two airbags, ABS, EBD, Rear camera with adaptive guidelines, Rear parking sensors, and an Anti-theft alarm. In terms of comfort and accessories, it offers each and every on fingertips like- Push start-stop button, automatic climate control, electrically adjustable and retractable ORVMs, a rear-seat armrest, sunroof, and a 7.0-inch Digipad 2.0 touchscreen infotainment system interface with apple car play, android auto, and Navigation.
Engine and Transmission
It is equipped with the same diesel and petrol engines. Which was offered in its predecessor but these are upgraded to BS6 norms. The 1.2 ltr petrol engine produces around 90 bhp and the 1.5 ltr diesel produces 100 bhp mated to a 5-Speed manual transmission. An automatic transmission is expected to be offered in petrol trim at a later stage.
Expected Price of Honda WRV 2020?
The expected ex-showroom price of 1.2 ltr petrol is around Rs 8.5-9.5 lakhs, while the 1.5 ltr diesel is expected to take place at Rs 9.8-10.8 lakhs.
