The facelift version of C5 Aircross is based on the existing version and only carries graphical and feature upgrades.


Citroen C5 Aircross Facelift Changes
The French automobile manufacturer Citroen has launched the Citroen C5 Aircross facelift in the Indian market in a single model “Shine.” The facelift is based on the previous version of the C5 Aircross, which was launched in India in Apr 2021. There are not many changes in the car except for some exterior and interior tweaks. Also, the engine remains intact and is still a 2.0L diesel unit.
The new Citroen C5 Aircross Facelift is priced at Rs 36.67 lakh, exshowroom Delhi. With no changes in the production, this still assembles like the previous version as a semi-knocked-down unit. Recently Citroen has launched their hatchback C3 in the India market to grab the place in the below 10 lakh segment.
Colour Options
The facelift version of C5 Aircross is offered in four different monotone colour options- Pearl White, Cumulus Grey, Eclipse Blue, and Perla Nera Black. While three dual-tone colour optons are also provided- Pearl White (Dual-Tone), Cumulus Grey (Dual-Tone), and Eclipse Blue (Dual-Tone).
Engine and Transmission
The previously used 2.0L, Turbocharged engine still powers the facelift version and generates 177 bhp of maximum power and 400 Nm of massive torque. While the transmission duties are taken care of by an 8-speed torque converter automatic unit. In addition, drive modes are also present in the C5 Aircross and the mileage from the engine is 17.5 kmpl claimed by Citroen.
Changes in the exterior
The changes on the C5 Aircross facelift start with the new single-unit headlights, newly designed alloy wheels, redesigned tail lights, LED DRLs jointing to the front grille, center embossed Citroen logo, large air dams in the front bumper (Also enhances the aerodynamics), and side cladding with cube pattern.
Changes in the interior


Inside the cabin, the center console is the major part that is redesigned with a new unit. Dumping the old fashion touchscreen display, now it gets a larger 10-inch touchscreen infotainment display that features android auto, apple car play, navigation, and camera display. More, the dual vertical air vents are not replaced with a single rectangular fitment and it does look premium.
Apart from these changes, there is not much that is changed in the car, the cabin still gets a wireless charger, automatic climate control, push start/stop button, all four power windows, USB ports, and heating and ventilation for the front seats.
