A new 2021 Mahindra XUV 500 has been spotted covered in camouflage with a lot closer to the production unit. Many XUV 500’s had also been spotted recently but they were just basic test mules with no production specs, Even that had steel wheels, custom round shape headlamps, and some others.
What changes are on the exterior?
This 2021 Mahindra XUV 500 has a new set of alloy wheels, the size would be 18 inches, new headlamps setup along with Mahindra’s signature Cheetah type grille, and a redesigned rear bumper with a sophisticated finish. The front new grille is split into two parts, one the major relies on the top, and the minor lies on the bottom of the bumper.
Some of the elements and design give a glimpse of the current generation XUV 500. Some of the elements are- the front Cheetan-style grille and the haunch behind the C-pillar.
What changes are on the interior?
As far now, the interior of the 2021 Mahindra XUV 500 has been completely unseen. However, there are some photos on google that claim that it is the interior of the 2021 XUV 500 but no surety is there to believe but we can expect some features should be present there including- a completely digital instrument cluster, a new steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, wireless charging, and some others.
Engine and Gearbox options?
Mahindra would introduce a new 2.0-liter, 4-Cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine that churns our expected power figures of 180 bhp.
